Solar Core was built around a simple belief: homeowners should understand the numbers before they invest in solar. Too often, customers are presented with confusing quotations, oversized systems and unrealistic savings claims. We wanted to do things differently.

Every Solar Core recommendation begins with your actual KSEB consumption. We determine the right system size, account for the applicable PM Surya Ghar subsidy, and show you the estimated investment, savings and payback before you make a decision.

Our story goes back to 2017, when childhood friends Hakeem and Musbir worked together on an energy project in the UAE associated with Energy for Total Petroleum under McDermott. Even then, they shared an ambition to one day take what they were learning and build an energy company back home in Kerala.

Life took them in different directions after COVID. Musbir continued his higher studies and professional journey in Europe, while Hakeem moved deeper into crypto mining, data centres, power infrastructure and MW-scale energy operations. Years later, they returned to the idea that had never really gone away.

Together with Abdu Shukoor, whose Middle East experience in sales and business development helped bring the company together, and Umer Poomon, whose operational experience helps ensure that promises are translated into dependable execution on the ground, Solar Core was born.

Today, our team brings together engineering, large-scale energy experience, operations, compliance, marketing and customer relationships with one shared goal: build a solar company that people in Kerala can trust.
